Patrick Steven Yaroch, a former supervisory FBI agent, was charged with two federal offenses for transferring over $900,000 in cryptocurrency linked to adversarial accounts associated with criminal targets in Russia to his personal wallet. Yaroch was arrested on charges including interstate transportation of stolen goods and receipt of stolen goods following his dismissal from the FBI last week. In an affidavit, Yaroch admitted to the theft.
