Photography also matters. Travelers take more photos and videos than usual, often editing or sharing them immediately. The screen stays active longer, cloud services synchronize more frequently, and batteries feel the cumulative effect.
People sometimes blame old batteries for travel-related battery anxiety. More often, the battery is responding to a temporary change in lifestyle. Travel demands more from phones because travelers demand more from themselves.
